Be your own mirror

“Your body is a permanent element of communication and you communicate not only with your lips but with your eyes, with your actions, with your movements.

That is why you must learn to observe yourself as you are, as you manifest yourself, as you conduct yourself, (and express) just how you feel.

The first that has to be known is you; the one who has to talk to himself/herself is you; the one who has to assess his/her successes, his/her failures and their mistakes are you.

You don't have to wait for others to they say "you failed" or "got it right".

You have to live with a spiritual mirror in front of you to see you and to analyze you.”
