You Deserve Abundance: Understanding Your Root Chakra

In this class we will learn about what the root chakra is, and why it is so important to living a balanced, calm and grounded life. We are living in a fear based society, and in order to live your life feeling balanced, and in control, you must understand how the root chakra plays its role.  

The root chakra is one of the most blocked and constricted energy fields within our bodies.  

When the root chakra is imbalanced due to trauma, psychological issues such as chronic fear, and psychosomatic suppression and repression, we experience a disruption in the flow of life. Often our blocked energy centers lead to constant personal, existential and relationship issues.

You will no longer have fears surrounded money or loss of control, but will come to trust the divine intelligence of life. Not only will you trust yourself more, but you will also feel connected to others and nature more deeply.  

When your root chakra is healthy, you will find it simple to be your authentic self finding the inner peace that is always here in the present moment easier to connect to. You will give up the need to fight, protect and defend, and will instead come into alignment with ebb and flow of life.

We spend so much time working on our outer body but what about our inner body? More specifically our energetic anatomy? We work on our bodies outer appearance by doing activities such as dieting, running miles, lifting weights, doing yoga, etc. Thinking and hoping the results of our efforts will show immediately, but…. what about our mind, and soul?

The subtle body plays a very important role in our overall health, and vitality. When our subtle body is askew, out of alignment, off balance, we can expect to experience emotional distress, ineffective coping skills, unhappiness, dis-ease, and a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness just to name a few.

But where there is light, there is hope! Together we can get there! I channel energy thru the energetic healing modalities of  Chakradance , Crystal Healing and Meditation.
