*Cancellation policy: Classes

One day classes under 100.00

Cancellation policy: You must cancel attendance 48 hours in advance of class starting date and time as it allows us to call those on the waiting list. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance, the following policy applies:

48 hours or more in advance, full refund

32 hours or more in advance in advance 50% refund or 50% class credit toward another class.

Under 32 hours or less and No shows: No refund and no credit towards another class.

Classes OVER 1 week and over $101.00

Cancellation policy: You must cancel attendance 72 hours in advance of class starting date and time as it allows us to call those on waiting list. If you do not cancel 72 hours in advance, the following policyw applies:

72 hours or more in advance, full refund

48 hours or more in advance 50% refund or 50% class credit toward another class.

Under 48 hours or less and No shows: No refund and no credit towards another class.

COVID related issues: If you cannot attend a class or session because you have COVID, please let us know at least 32 hours in advance so we can set you up via ZOOM, FACETIME OR PHONE depending on the appointment or class type. If you do not call, text or email according to the above cancellation policy, you will forfeit your deposit and payment. Because COVID is temporary, we cannot accept cancellations based on this virus, so please follow the cancellation policy rules and timelines. We will do what we can to accommodate you so you can have your session or attend class remotely.

Proof of COVID test is required for full refunds.
