The Power of Authenticity and Connection to Consciousness: Understanding Your Throat Chakra

The true self, authentic self, is expressed through your spontaneity, and creativity. When you are connected to your true self you feel genuinely alive inside and are able to express yourself naturally and freely. You say what is on your mind and are not afraid to express yourself. You don't care what others think, walking confidently in the direction you choose regardless of what others are thinking and doing. You have a healthy understanding of who you are.

On the other hand.....

The false self is a mask that you put on to deal with the outside world. You are guarded in your actions, fearful of what others may think. You wait to hear what others have to say before you put forth your own ideas. You feel unsafe in the world, and learn to anticipate others demands, complying with them, keeping your true thoughts and feelings locked up. You are afraid to take the steps necessary to live life on your terms.

Our life experiences can cause us to shut down our truthful authentic expression. We learn to hide who we truly are and end up wearing different masks when we interact with others, in an attempt to shield ourselves from the world. When this happens we give away our power, and end up feeling powerless or we overcompensate by using power and control over others.

In this class we will learn:

• Signs of an unbalanced throat chakra

• How it becomes unbalanced

• How to balance it

• How it is connected to the balance of our third chakra, the solar plexus, and

how it is related to the truthful expression of our personal power

• How this chakra over all is our connection to higher consciousness

The throat chakra is our source of communication. When it is balanced, you are able to express yourself freely, authentically and creatively without fear. You are able to live according to your own truth. You are not worried about what others may think and are able to go confidently in the direction you choose, regardless of where others are going or what they are doing.

running miles, lifting weights, doing yoga, etc. Thinking and hoping the results of our efforts will show

immediately, but…. what about our mind, and soul?

The subtle body plays a very important role in our overall health, and vitality. When our subtle body

is askew, out of alignment, off balance, we can expect to experience emotional distress, ineffective

coping skills, unhappiness, dis-ease, and a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness just to name a

few.

But where there is light, there is hope! Together we can get there! I channel energy thru the

energetic healing modalities of Chakradance , Crystal Healing and Meditation. With your
