Students will learn the elements of goal setting with intent and value- centeredness to create fulfilling personal experiences that are in alignment with your higher purpose to grow, evolve and discover who you are.  Goals can be experienced and accomplished at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels creating a long-lasting change within you when connected to your higher purpose.   

As the New Year approaches, this is a perfect time to consider what worked in the past and what can change this coming year so you can consciously shape your life and everything in it the way you want to live it.  

You will:

• learn and understand the elements of a goal that make it attainable and realistic.
• discover what values are important to you and shape your goals with these values in mind 
• Discuss limited beliefs, past mistakes and ways to move forward to set new pathways for successful goal attainment
• understand the power of creativity through visual, emotional and psychic energies that create your life. 
• learn to set goals according to your value system
