About The Event
Reiki is an ancient, profound, gentle Japanese hands-on healing method that balances body, mind, and spirit to create healing on all levels. In Reiki 1, you will be introduced to the history and general principles of Reiki; will learn the basic hand positions for treatment; and will practice using Reiki on others in the class. You will receive the Reiki 1 attunement, which enables you to become a channel for this healing energy.
