We all know what it's like to have a "charge" about something. It's that feeling of excitement, fear, sexual arousal, or irritation. The question is....how do we use that charge for the behaviors we want to create? Our chakras are the energy centers that produce this "charge". The charge from our chakras is the basic life force running thru us. Understanding, and knowing how to use this force is crucial if we are to meet challenges, heal past wounds, and manage the stress of modern life. Even more, it is essential for mastering your own life force and becoming all you can be. But first you must understand what a chakra is, and how it functions.

In this class you will learn the fundamentals of developing your chakras so you can have a better understanding and deeper intimacy with your with your own life force as well as an understanding of how you relate to the world, and how the world in turn relates to you.

On paper I am a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator and Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer. However, In Mind, Body and Soul, I am a Lightworker, a Spiritual Messenger, whose sole purpose is to give you the spiritual tools necessary to navigate your life’s journey. We spend so much time working on our outer body but what about our inner body? More specifically our energetic anatomy? We work on our bodies outer appearance by doing activities such as dieting, running miles, lifting weights, doing yoga, etc. Thinking and hoping the results of our efforts will show immediately, but…. what about our mind, and soul?

The subtle body plays a very important role in our overall health, and vitality. When our subtle body is askew, out of alignment, off balance, we can expect to experience emotional distress, ineffective coping skills, unhappiness, dis-ease, and a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness just to name a few.

But where there is light, there is hope! Together we can get there! I channel energy thru the energetic healing modalities of Chakradance , Crystal Healing and Meditation.
