Chakra Wisdom Workshop

In this 4-week workshop you will learn about your 7 chakras and how they relate to your mind, body and soul. You will learn about how you came into this world with an existing blueprint that affects your belief patterns, the choices you make and why sometimes you feel that you got a life that you never asked for.  You will understand why you repeat the same negative patterns in your life, and why everything you attempt to do to make your life better never seems to last.   

 We are like computers, and like computers, in order for us to be able to receive new information from our higher consciousness (which assists us in the manifestation of our life) we need the ability to download new software (higher conscious thoughts and emotions) into our existing hard drive, and  in order to do that we need to clean up the hard drive and its existing software (a life time of conscious and unconscious programming) It is the charge we get from our chakras that allows us to do this. If we cannot properly ground the charge, then we cannot upgrade or hard drive. If we don't understand this, then we are adrift like a ship in the ocean with no navigation. 

How will this help you in your daily life?

Understanding what chakras are, how they affect our mind, body and soul, allows us to journey with in, and start cleaning up the old software so we can upload new and become our most authentic selves!   The goal is not to change who you are, but to get rid of who you are not. It is time to untie the energetic knots that got you here, and the most direct way to do this is thru understanding the wisdom of your chakras. Then let the journey begin!!!

On paper I am a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator and Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer. However, In Mind, Body and Soul, I am a Lightworker, a Spiritual Messenger, whose sole purpose is to give you the spiritual tools necessary to navigate your life’s journey. Thru the discovery of and tuning into your emotions, your chakras and your internal guidance system you will discover and be empowered to find new ways to illuminate the path of your unique journey. My life experiences have brought me to this place, and it is through these experiences that I have learned the lessons I am able to pass on to you.

We spend so much time working on our outer body but what about our inner body? More specifically our energetic anatomy? We work on our bodies outer appearance by doing activities such as dieting, running miles, lifting weights, doing yoga, etc. Thinking and hoping the results of our efforts will show immediately, but…. what about our mind, and soul?

The subtle body plays a very important role in our overall health, and vitality. When our subtle body is askew, out of alignment, off balance, we can expect to experience emotional distress, ineffective coping skills, unhappiness, dis-ease, and a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness just to name a few.

But where there is light, there is hope! Together we can get there! I channel energy thru the energetic healing modalities of Chakradance , Crystal Healing and Meditation. With your participation, we can go within and start your journey to a healthier energetic anatomy. I am so excited you are here!
