This is a Kids Chakra Arts and Crafts Meditation Class using a chakra workbook, God's Coloring Book, "Your Seven Energy Friends". We will discuss and learn about the energy centers within each of us, our chakras, our "Energy Friends".

About The Event
This is a 4 class workshop. The dates are as follows:
Tuesday August 6th and 13th
Thursday August 8th and 15th from
12:00-2:30 PM
Each class we will focus on two chakras. After class discussion on focused Energy Friend, (chakra) we will create various crafts projects using the chakra images from "Your Seven Energy Friends", chakra workbook. The arts and crafts projects we will create are various pieces to the energy garden, small canvas, scrape book, book marker, key chain(back pack zip-pull) and a keep sake chakra box. Each craft project will represent an Energy Friend (chakra). Returning students will have an opportunity to add and create more pages to their scrap book, please bring them with you and any pics or items you would like to add and work with.
