Good morning! We are remaining open and classes are still in session. As we normally do, we are clearing our spaces and keeping up the positive energy and hope that everyone will eventually feel confident to return to living their normal lives. After all, we are the ones who dictate how we want to live our lives and whether we push the government to change the restrictions we have been placed under. When we are ready to resume our lives and decide that we DO NOT want to loose our homes, our cars, our food because we have no form of employment and our 401 k, and retirement funds become depleted, maybe then, we will awaken to the fact that we are more resilient than what we are currently showing. We have survived many viruses and this one is not the worst. Educate yourself on the reality of this virus and the viruses that are constantly flowing through our physical system. We have seasons of the cold and flu, and more people die from these each year. But we still go to work and infect others, we still don't wash our hands, we still negotiate life and we survive. IF we are going to go into panic over this virus, then we should go into panic for all viruses...does that make sense? Of course not, because our bodies, if healthy will recover, we usually do. Unless you already have other conditions and negative health habits, then your options are lowered by your physical condition. In these cases, you and your loved ones are already careful and mindful of the dangers of being exposed to pathogens that create further damage. It is during these pandemic cases that we should all be careful with our health, but shouldn't we be careful and mindful of our health everyday? Our bodies are capable of processing viruses at a high rate and converting them into usable energy. When we are healthy, we are constantly dealing with viruses in our body and they don't kill us.We have superb physical systems in place and we should trust that if we feed our physical and energy systems the right food and thought, it will do its job. The same job it does in processing everything your eat, think and feel everyday. The lessons from this experience are going to be seen by each individual as fear and panic sets in. The consequences will be felt in our day to day lives as time passes, businesses close, jobs are lost and we go into a recession. Whatever we think we have right now, if this fear continues to cycle through individuals, families, communities, cities, states, nation and the world, will change our lives completely, and its not a good outcome. In the end, after all the losses we sustain, we will realize that we as a whole facilitated this panic and our downfall. How, by supporting fear and fearful behaviors. I invite you to read the information from the World Health Organization, CDC and other organizations around the world to get the facts instead of listening to the television news for dramatized information. Research other viruses in the past and the present and compare. Get the facts so your intuition and logic come together in a consensus about what is right for you. Fear and ratings go together. When we are ready to get back to work, and live our lives, then we do and we will. The government will respond to our needs and courage and the news will report it. So take some time off, enjoy it and stay healthy. Create new healthy patterns( good food, healthy thoughts and behaviors and strong emotional support and expression) so that when a little virus comes around we don't go into a panic because we think it will get us. But do return to your life as soon as possible, so that life as we know it doesn't stop and cause major problems for everyone.
