In today's culture many people live their lives with a closed, imbalanced or overactive crown chakra while other people may never develop their crown chakra.   

The crown chakra is the seventh chakra. Located at the top of the head, it gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The function of the Crown chakra is driven by consciousness and gets us in touch with the universal. It sits like a crown, radiating upwards, hence its name....crown chakra.

Our crown chakra is the gate way to our universal knowledge. It is our divine right to be able to access all the information we need to manifest our desires, connect with the universe, and know God.   

When it is blocked, overactive, or imbalanced it keeps us disconnected from source and affects us on a emotional and physical level.

We spend so much time working on our outer body but what about our inner body? More specifically our energetic anatomy? We work on our bodies outer appearance by doing activities such as dieting, running miles, lifting weights, doing yoga, etc. Thinking and hoping the results of our efforts will show immediately, but…. what about our mind, and soul? 

The subtle body plays a very important role in our overall health, and vitality. When our subtle body is askew, out of alignment, off balance, we can expect to experience emotional distress, ineffective coping skills, unhappiness, dis-ease, and a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness just to name a few. 

But where there is light, there is hope! Together we can get there! I channel energy thru the energetic healing modalities of  Chakradance , Crystal Healing and Meditation.
